    The Government of Alberta is gathering input on the new Alberta Disability Support Program (ADAP). The new program is scheduled to launch in July 2026. The goal of ADAP is to expand disability income support options for Albertans who have a severe disability but are still able to work.  

    To help develop this new program, Alberta’s government is seeking input on: 

    • Program eligibility  

    • Applications, adjudication and appeals 

    • Benefits and income and asset exemptions 

    • Employment services and expectations 

    • Client transitions
