Indigenous Advisory Council Application Form

The Government of Alberta invites First Nation, Métis and Inuit applicants to join the Indigenous Advisory Council.

Alberta’s government is creating an Indigenous Advisory Council to bring forward priorities and provide advice on priorities and ways to improve health care for Indigenous peoples.

To help ensure that Albertans are well-represented on the Indigenous Advisory Council, we invite First Nation, Métis, and Inuit applicants who embody a range of knowledge, experience, and skills to apply. The Government of Alberta is committed to offering Indigenous peoples the opportunity to be public members on Alberta’s public agencies.

Council members will be appointed in phases. Successful applicants for the Indigenous Advisory Council may also be appointed to a Regional Advisory Council based on where they reside. Learn more about the Council member role and requirements.
