Personal information is collected for the purpose of administering, reporting, and evaluating aquaculture licences under the authority of the Fisheries (Alberta) Act. It will be used for issuing licences and will be shared with Justice and Solicitor General employees and contractors for inspection and investigations as required under the Fisheries (Alberta) Act. Information may also be shared with Government of Canada employees as required under any federal provincial agreement. Collection is authorized under section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act and managed accordingly.
