    Les renseignements contenus dans ce sondage de participation à l’examen du bien-être des enfants et des jeunes (Child and Youth Wellbeing Review Engagement) sont recueillis en vertu de l’alinéa 33c) de la loi sur l’accès à l’information et la protection de la vie privée (Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act). Les questions concernant la collecte, l’utilisation ou la divulgation de ces renseignements peuvent être adressées au Secrétariat par courrier électronique à l’adresse CY.WellBeing@gov.ab.ca.

    Définitions :

    • Enfant ou jeune: Aux fins du présent sondage, ce terme désigne toute personne âgée de moins de 19 ans.
    • Bien-être social : Les enfants et les jeunes entretiennent des relations saines avec leur famille, leurs amis et les membres de la communauté.
    • Bien-être physique : Les enfants et les jeunes prennent soin de leur corps (p. ex. activité physique, habitudes de sommeil et alimentaires saines).
    • Bien-être mental : Les enfants et les jeunes ont des sentiments positifs envers eux-mêmes. Ils sont capables d’éprouver des émotions et de les communiquer, et ils ont une bonne estime de soi, et sont ainsi en bonne santé. Ils sont optimistes et capables de surmonter les défis et les échecs.
    • Bien-être éducatif : Les enfants et les jeunes participent activement à leur apprentissage et réalisent des progrès.

    Information collected through the Child and Youth Well-being Review Engagement survey is being collected under the authority of section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.  Questions regarding the collection, use or disclosure of this information may be directed to the Secretariat by email at CY.WellBeing@gov.ab.ca.

    For the purposes of this survey, the following definitions will be used:

    • Child/youth: For the purposes of this survey, this term refers to anyone under the age of 19.
    • Social wellness: Children/youth have healthy relationships with family, friends, and community members.
    • Physical wellness: Children/youth take care of their body (ex. physical activity, sleep health, and eating well).
    • Mental wellness: Children/youth have positive feelings about themselves. They are able to process and share their emotions, they have positive feelings about themselves that allow them to function well. They are optimistic able to cope with and bounce back from challenges and setbacks
    • Educational wellness: Children/youth are engaged in and progressing their learning.
