Fish Creek Provincial Park Trails Master Plan: Public Engagement

Fish Creek Provincial Park is one of the largest urban parks in North America, stretching nearing 20 km west to east at the south end of Calgary. Established more than 40 years ago, Fish Creek Provincial Park provides a variety of recreational opportunities including over a 100 km of asphalt, gravel, and natural surface trails.

To meet current and future recreational demands on the trail system, Alberta Parks is drafting the Fish Creek Provincial Park Trails Master Plan to create a sustainable trail network. The trail network will provide unique and safe trail opportunities to benefit a diverse range of recreationalists while reducing impacts to natural and historic resources, and supporting stewardship.

As part of the planning process, Alberta Parks is interested in your feedback on the proposed draft trail system. Your comments will help us develop the final Trails Master Plan for the park.
