Survey responses will be collected and used by the Land Use Secretariat (secretariat) and the Government of Alberta for consideration in the review and report about the ongoing relevance and effectiveness of the Lower Athabasca Regional Plan as required by the Alberta Stewardship Act, and subsequent analyses of LARP and its related strategies. Any personal information you provide to the secretariat for the LARP survey is collected under the authority of section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act. Survey responses may be redacted to ensure the disclosure of any personal information found within is conducted in accordance with Part 2 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act.
