The election is just around the corner! This can be an especially stressful time for Government workers, so we want to make sure people are focusing on their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. That's why we need YOU to help us Race to the Writ!
- Track the amount of time you spend on metal wellness throughout the day or week. This can include things like:
- Cardio, such as running, cycling, swimming, skiing, etc
- Dancing
- Deep breathing / muscle relaxation exercises
- Gym time
- Hobbies
- Journaling
- Meditation
- Mindfulness activities or rituals
- Organised sports
- Shovelling snow
- Stretching
- Tai chi
- Walking (with or without a dog)
- Wim Hoft cold therapy
- Yoga
- Zumba
- Any other sort of activity that you consider mental wellness
- Any other sort of activity where you are moving your body
