The Government of Alberta is seeking input from the construction industry about prompt payment legislation.
This confidential survey is collecting feedback related to payment processes in Alberta’s construction sector since the Act came into effect on August 29, 2022.
This survey is an opportunity for stakeholders to provide their input both generally and on specific topics related to construction contracts. Your input will help identify any issues related to implementation of the Prompt Payment and Construction Lien Act (PPCLA) implementation for further meeting and consultation.
The survey will take 15 to 25 minutes to complete and closes November 3, 2023.
